    Ben Harrison

    President/Partner

    Personnel Resources/PRemployer/PRinsurance

    Ben has worked in the staffing industry since 1988. Over the years, he has developed a variety of safety and incentive programs for companies throughout the Southeast. Ben has many years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of employee productivity and performance tracking systems including expertise in employee hiring and profiling from entry level to executive positions. Additionally, he has written and produced numerous training and orientation videos for staffing clients and other related businesses. Since 2008, he has served on the Workers’ Compensation Risk Management Best Practices Board of Directors, which certifies individual PEO companies in best practices concerning their own workers compensation processes and programs.
     
    Ben began his business career at age 19. His first official business had two employees and the profits paid his way through college. Ben continues to invest in other businesses outside of Personnel Resources. His community involvement consists of serving on numerous boards of directors over the years including March of Dimes Walk America and Boy Scouts of America. Ben also served as the publicity chairman for the Rotary Club and was a charter member of Vistage (a group of area business leaders) and Wisdom Hunters (a business coaching club). Ben is a strong believer in family values and has coached little league and traveling baseball for years with his son. He has been active in his church, serving as the chairman of the human resources committee, organizing a business person Sunday School class and launching the Koinonia Kaffe, a coffeehouse ministry, with his wife in 2007.
     
    Ben is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Visual Communications. He is married to Rhonda and has four children.

    Vince Carter

    Chief Operating Officer/Partner

    PRemployer

    Vince currently serves as Board Chair and COO for PRemployer. He is a member of the executive team and heads up, Jobs on the Beach, the foreign national recruiting and staffing business unit of PRemployer. Prior to coming to PRemployer, Vince served in the US Air Force and the Air Force Reserves from 1984 – 1998.

    Aside from PRemployer, Vince is partner in other business ventures including Media Design Group, Wiregrass Courier, numerous real estate ventures, and owner of Jobs on the Beach, an international business.

    Around the community, Vince is active in coaching youth sports and serves on several not-for-profit boards. Additionally, he is a member of USO International and supports a boy/girl orphan school in the Philippines.

    Vince earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Science. For fun he enjoys playing a round of golf or watching Florida Gator football.

    Dan Sinas

    Vice President Human Resources

    Personnel Resources/PRemployer/PRinsurance

    Dan has spent his entire career in human resources management, for Fortune 100 companies, as well as, smaller, privately owned enterprises. After graduating from Michigan State University with a Masters Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, Dan directed human resources departments in both union and non-union environments, with complete human resources management responsibilities for domestic and foreign operations. He currently directs the human resources consulting services for the PRcompanies, which own and operate businesses involved in human resources outsourcing, recruiting, staffing and business coaching.
     
    Dan provides hundreds of clients with solutions to their human resources issues, guides them through the myriad of employment laws and regulations, and is also responsible for overseeing all risk management activities and services. He has conducted extensive training in the areas of employment law, regulatory compliance, performance management, effective supervision and management, and employee recruitment, interviewing and selection.
     
    Dan has been the keynote speaker at staffing associations, industry groups, Chambers of Commerce and human resource seminars, and is the published author of the book, Job Killers: How governments increasing role in the workplace reduces profits and increases unemployment… and the solution that can get Americans back to work now.

    Andrea (Andi) Lee

    Chief Financial Officer

    PRemployer

    Andi joined PRemployer in 2001 as the Accounting and Payroll Department Manager. Andi has over a decade of extensive accounting experience in various industries including HVAC, medical, logistics, and food services. Additionally, she has effectively and successfully dealt with audits from various State Revenue Departments. Andi was promoted to the company’s Chief Financial Officer in 2005.

    Andi graduated from Troy State University at Dothan with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

    John Spears

    Sales Manager

    PRemployer

    John joined PRemployer in 2000 bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience. Beginning his career as a staff accountant with a large public accounting firm, he then moved to internal auditing for a large Insurance company and continued his internal auditing success with the largest construction company in the state of Georgia. After his tenure with auditing he became a financial consultant for many US banks including The Chase Manhattan Bank, Chemical Bank of NY, and C&S Bank involved in such projects as the Galleria Mall in Houston, TX and the Sandestin Condo & Beach Club in Florida.

    Additionally, John was the president of a large real estate development company in Atlanta, GA and owned an insurance agency. He was managing editor, contributing writer and photographer for the largest outdoor publication in the southeastern US. John currently owns a Courier company.

    John earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from Auburn University. He is married to Tammy and has 5 children and 7 grandchildren.

    Chris Adkins

    Business Technology Manager

    PRemployer

    Chris joined PRemployer as the Customer Service Manager in 2001. A need to streamline internal process, monitor client data and offer technology services to clients became evident and Chris easily transitioned into this new role. He now leads the Business Technology Unit and sits on the Executive Management Team of PRemployer.

    Chris has been instrumental in pulling together different aspects of technology to meet the demands of clients. Some of his accomplishments include: providing clients that had a mobile workforce the ability to accurately capture time and job costing data thus saving time and money; developing electronic forms with signature to allow quicker and more accurate hiring of employees; and assisting in the development of custom business software for a recruiting firm that features: on-line application process, paperless processing option and more efficient searching capabilities for their databases. In addition, Chris is responsible for working in tandem with an outside firm to monitor all of the daily computer and network operations of the company as well as ensure all data and systems are functional and secure.

    Chris graduated from Troy State University at Dothan with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing.
