Upon completion of the audit of our employment processes, we recently received our audit report back from RCS. We received a score of 95%!!
Our risk management team and the operations team has worked hard in making sure we are following the proper processes to minimize our risk of workers comp injuries. This score also shows we are following the best practices to decrease potential workers comp claims. We are in the top echelon of companies regarding our safety and risk management practices.
