FAQ's about W-2's
DO NOT SEND YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IN ANY EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE TO US.
1. When will W2's be issued?
2019 W2’s will be mailed and uploaded to the portal no later than January 31st, 2020. Employees who signed up to receive their W2 electronically, will not receive a copy in the mail.
2. How can I get my address changed?
Employees can change their own address on the employee portal. If you do not have a login please contact our office 334-712-9939, press 0 and leave a message. Someone will call you back within 24 hours. Or, you can submit an email to W2 Email. Please put your full name, DOB, where you work, correct address, and a good contact number to call you back if needed.

3. Can I get a copy of my most recent check stub to get my taxes done early?
We do not print check stubs. However, you can access your check stubs on the Employee Self Service (ESS) Portal here. (NOTE: If you are a new user you must register first, if you have a login but cannot remember your password please select the forgot password link and follow the instructions, you will receive an email with a temporary password, this password will expire so be sure to use as soon as possible. If you are still unable to login please call our office 334-712-9939.)
4. Can I pick up my W2 at your office or can you fax/email it to me?
No, we cannot fax or email your W2. You can pick up a copy once we start reissuing them, beginning February 14,2020.
5. What if I do not receive, or can’t access my W2 on the portal?
We will start reissuing W2's on February 14, 2020. There will be a $10.00 charge for all reprints. You can call our office at 334-712-9939, press 0, and leave a message. Someone will call you back within 24 hours.
