FAQ's about W-2's
DO NOT SEND YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IN ANY EMAIL CORESPONDANCE TO US.
1. When will W-2's be issued?
All 2017 W2’s will be electronic and will be available on the employee and client portals on or before January 31, 2018.
2. How can I get my address changed?
Employees can change their own address on the employee portal. If you do not have a login please contact our office 334-712-9939.
3. Can I get a copy of my most recent check stub to get my taxes done early?
We cannot print any check stubs after 12/15/2017, however you can access your check stubs on the Employee Self Service (ESS) Portal here. (NOTE: If you are a new user you must register first, if you have a login but cannot remember your password please select the forgot password link and follow the instructions, you will receive an email with a temporary password, this password will expire so be sure to use as soon as possible. If you are still unable to login please call our office 334-712-9939.)
4. Can I pick up my W-2 at your office or can you fax/email it to me?
No, we cannot fax or email your W2. You can pick up a copy once we start reissuing them, beginning February 16,2018.
5. What if I do not receive my W-2?
We will start reissuing W-2's on 02/16/2018. There will be a $10.00 charge for all reprints. You can call our W-2 Hotline number 334.836.1341, to leave a message letting us know you have not yet received your W-2. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
