Toni has been with PRemployer since 2008 bringing with her 13 years of Human Resource Management experience from the manufacturing and service sector. She holds her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management degree from Troy University and has periodically continued her education with human resources related seminars. Day-to-day, Toni guides clients through the intricate details of HR laws and regulations offering sound advice regarding performance management, wage and hour laws, regulatory compliance, and disciplinary issues. Her focus on HR compliance insures client accounts will be managed successfully. For her outstanding performance, Toni was chosen by the Executive Management Team to be a member of the exclusive Circle of Excellence. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, giving time to her church, and is involved in the PTA and the Dixie Youth League with her two boys.
Amy has been with PRemployer since 2008 bringing with her 5 years of experience to the payroll department. As the Payroll Manager, Amy oversee's the Payroll Specialists to insure that clients’ payroll runs on-time, accurately, and in-compliance including all auditing procedures and tax preparation. She also acts as the payroll liaison to both clients and the sales team. Additionally, Amy is responsible for training, developing and mentoring any new Payroll Specialists. For her outstanding performance and positive attitude Amy was chosen by the Executive Management Team to be a member of the exclusive Circle of Excellence. Amy is married and has two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys giving back to her community by helping her husband with the recreation department in which her youngest son plays baseball and school volunteering by chaperoning field trips.
Steve joined Personnel Resources in 1999 as a quality assurance representative. In this capacity he recruited, screened and hired staff for companies across various industries. In 2004 Steve’s responsibilities were expanded and in 2005 he was promoted to Risk Manager for all PRcompanies. In this new capacity he is responsible for securing workers compensation coverage, handling workers compensation claims, renewals, audits, overseeing all safety services and maintaining certifications for the PRcompanies. Prior to coming to Personnel Resources, Steve spent 10 years in the textile industry successfully progressing to the management level. For his outstanding performance, interest in growing the business, positive attitude and community involvement, Steve has twice been awarded by the PRcompanies Executive Management Team entry into the Circle of Excellence. Steve attended Wallace College in Dothan, AL. He is married and has two girls devoted to gymnastics and traveling team competition in which he donates much of his spare time.
Chris joined PRemployer as the Customer Service Manager in 2001. A need to streamline internal process, monitor client data and offer technology services to clients became evident and Chris easily transitioned into this new role. Chris has been instrumental in pulling together different aspects of technology to meet the demands of clients. Some of his accomplishments include: providing clients that had a mobile workforce the ability to accurately capture time and job costing data thus saving time and money; developing electronic forms with signature to allow quicker and more accurate hiring of employees; and assisting in the development of custom business software for a recruiting firm that features: on-line application process, paperless processing option and more efficient searching capabilities for their databases. In addition, Chris is responsible for working in tandem with an outside firm to monitor all of the daily computer and network operations of the company as well as ensure all data and systems are functional and secure. Chris graduated from Troy State Dothan with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. He resides in Headland with his wife Heather and their three children.
