Ben has worked in the staffing industry since 1988. Over the years, he has developed a variety of safety and incentive programs for companies throughout the Southeast. Ben has many years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of employee productivity and performance tracking systems including expertise in employee hiring and profiling from entry level to executive positions. In his early years, he wrote and produced numerous training and orientation videos for staffing clients and other related businesses. During 2008-2012, he served on the Workers’ Compensation Risk Management Best Practices Board of Directors for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations, which certifies individual PEO companies in best practices concerning their own workers compensation processes and programs.
Ben is a member of a local Vistage group that meets for a day once a month. Vistage is an international organization of business CEO's meeting as peer groups advising each other on all matters of succeeding in business and life. Ben is a charter member of his group that started in 2007.
Ben spends time serving various charitable groups. He has been coaching club baseball since 2006. His current team, Wiregrass Indians, plays summer ball at various college stadiums around the Southeast for the purpose of advancing players into the college game. Ben enjoys family, travel, snow skiing, fishing and baseball. He and his wife Rhonda started Koinonia Kaffe, a coffee house ministry (2006-2012) in Headland, Alabama. They have four grown children. Ben and Rhonda are members of Abbeville United Methodist Church in Abbeville, Alabama.

Ben has a BA in Visual Communications from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.
When Becky Harrison Carter originally founded Personnel Resources, she has one goal in mind – To Help People Succeed – and for the past twenty five years she has been doing just that! While Becky no longer works in the office on a daily basis, she is active on the board of directors and provides valuable insight into the direction of all of the PR Companies which include: Preferred Risk Services, a commercial insurance agency, and PRemployer, a PEO. Becky’s driving force is her two children – Harrison (20) and Caitlyn (17). In her spare time she is active in the community serving the Humane Society and the Boys and Girls Club of the Wiregrass Alabama area and she is also active in her church – Covenant United Methodist Church.
Brook has been with PR Companies since 2012. He currently serves as the President to Preferred Risk Services as well as the lead for Risk Management, Safety and Employee Benefits for Personnel Resources and PR employer. Brook contributes more than 25 years of experience in risk management consulting and insurance procurement.
Brook loves spending time with his children, Brook III, Caroline, Bailey and her husband Josh and their daughter Sellers. When he is not with his children, Brook is cheering on Auburn University sports or playing golf.
Within six months of her start date at Personnel Resources, Mary Beth had landed two on-site staffing accounts and had added over 200 positions to the company roster. She was regularly seen sporting a hair net, ear plugs and smelled of peanuts but she was having the time of her life! Since then, she has become our resident “woo hoo” girl! Full of energy and enthusiasm, she is passionate about helping our clients, our employees and our staff. Employed with PR since 1996, she is now a staffing veteran and can’t imagine working in any other industry or for any other company. Mary Beth has lived in Dothan for most of her life and is widely regarded as a “networking ninja.” Always eager to serve, Mary Beth is a Past Chairman of the Dothan Area Chamber and a member of the Governor’s Workforce Council. In 2017, she was recognized by Business Alabama as a “mover and shaker” and has served as both Chairman of the Board and Overall Campaign Chair for the Wiregrass United Way. Mary Beth is also the first ever female President of either Dothan Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow.
Jeff joined the Personnel Resources team in 2013 to help grow and develop the companies brand and to help implement the aggressive e growth plan put forward by the Board of Directors. After graduating from the University of Illinois he immediately got involved in the staffing industry and started his own staffing company at the age of 26 which he sold to investors in 2012.
His strengths lie in client development, implementing sales strategies, creating operations processes and building strong cohesive teams. Active in his community he is a former President of the Racine Founders Rotary Club, the Racine Area Young Professionals and serves on the boards of numerous charities and civic organizations. He is committed to making Personnel Resources the number one human resources company in any market they enter.
He currently lives in Racine, WI with his wife Meredith and his two children.
Dan has spent his entire career in human resources management, working for Fortune 100 companies as well as smaller, privately owned enterprises. After graduating from Michigan State University with a Masters Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, Dan directed human resources departments in both union and non-union environments, with complete human resources management responsibilities for both domestic and foreign operations. Dan joined the PR Companies in 2001 and is responsible for the development, implementation and management of the multitude of human resources services provided to hundreds of clients. Dan’s main role is to work directly with our customers to develop solutions to their human resources issues, help develop strategic HR initiatives, and guide them through the myriad of employment laws and regulations that exist on the federal, state and local levels. He has conducted extensive training in the areas of employment law, regulatory compliance, performance management, and effective supervision. Dan has been the keynote speaker at staffing associations, industry groups, Chambers of Commerce and human resource seminars, and is the published author of the book, Job Killers: How government regulation increases unemployment… and the solution that can get Americans back to work now. Dan enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with his growing family.
Justin is a recent addition to the PRemployer Accounting Department. Starting in April of 2021, Justin brings 10 years of accounting experience both doing public taxes and audits as well as working in the private sector to the team. Justin was born and raised in Slocomb AL, and currently lives in Dothan with his wife Heather and their two dogs, Kramer and Newman. Justin graduated from Huntingdon College with an Accounting degree and is excited to take on this new role with PRemployer. During his off time, Justin enjoys traveling, golfing, Alabama and Las Vegas Raiders football.
Mike joined our team in 2017 after 32+ years in the commercial banking industry. His business & financial knowledge makes him an asset to our clients. Mike is an active member of Calvary Baptist Church in Dothan and also serves on the board of the Harbor. He also enjoys mentoring men who come through The ARK men’s ministry as well. He has been married for 30+ years and has three grown children (Will [Katie], Alex, & Maddie). When Mike is not serving his community, he can be found on one of many local tennis courts!
Chris joined PRemployer in 2001 as the Customer Service Manager. He soon transitioned into the technology side of the companies and is now the Business Technology Manager. In this role, he works with all of our Vendors that provide both technology and support to our companies to ensure we are operating efficiently and our systems are secure. In addition, he works alongside our Clients who utilize our Time and Labor Systems to develop and train their key staff on how to best utilize these tools to increase productivity.
Outside of the PR Companies, Chris leads music at Greystone United Methodist Church, helps coach in the Miracle League of Dothan and he and his wife cheer on their youngest son as he participates in various Special Olympic events throughout the year. War Eagle!
Through her commitment to both employees and clients, Amy knows how to serve as the Payroll Manager. A Dothan native, Amy joined PRemployer in 2008, bringing with her five years of experience. Amy trains, develops and mentors all Payroll Specialists. She oversees them to insure that clients’ payroll runs efficiently, accurately, and is compliant. For her outstanding performance and positive attitude, Amy was chosen by the Executive Team to be a member of the exclusive Circle of Excellence. Amy is certified for Fundamental Payroll through the American Payroll Association. During her time off, Amy loves to watch football and root for the Crimson Tide with her family, and travel to watch her youngest son pitch for Liberty University. GO FLAMES!!!
Steve has been with PR Companies since 1999. He has served in many different roles and capacities in an effort to support the growth of the company over the past sixteen years. Since 2005, Steve has been Risk Manager and has over ten years of experience in risk management, workers compensation and safety programs, developing client evaluation processes, and database and systems management. Steve has not only showed great dedication and loyalty to the company, but he has also made major contributions to the success of the Risk Management Program. He has two beautiful daughters, Madelyn who is twelve and Emily who is fifteen. He loves spending time with his wife and daughters on their boat, making trips to the beach/lake.
Chelsie joined PRemployer in 2010, bringing 4 years of payroll & accounting experience to the payroll department. She has worked in different roles with the company, from Admin Assistant to Leasing Payroll Lead. In 2017, Chelsie started a new position as User Support Specialist where she works closely with our clients to train them on our web portals. Chelsie is dedicated to providing our clients with great customer service and training them on the processes that can help streamline the management of their employees. Chelsie holds her Fundamental Payroll Certification through the American Payroll Association. In her spare time she enjoys the beach, boating, traveling and spending time with her family. War Eagle!
Payton serves as the HR and Benefits Administrator for PRemployer. She began her career with Personnel Resources in the Summer of 2018 where she held the title of Human Resources Intern. Payton has served in the role of Recruiter Assistant, Recruiter, and currently holds the title of HR and Benefits Administrator. Payton is dedicated to providing our clients with great customer service, and providing them with assistance on all things HR and Benefits.
Payton is no stranger to the wiregrass area being a lifelong resident of the small town of Ashford, Alabama. She attended Ashford High School and continued her education at Auburn University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. She enjoys cheering on the Auburn Tigers, being at the beach, and spending time with her family and friends.
Katlin joined our team in April of 2020 as a Staff Accountant. Originally from Cottonwood, AL Katlin is very familiar with the Wiregrass area. She has four years of experience in accounting and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Katlin describes herself as a very dedicated and detailed-oriented person in and outside of work. When she is not working, you can find her traveling, fishing, anything outdoors really, and spending time with family and friends. Katlin is excited to begin her journey with PRemployer furthering her knowledge at a workplace she can call home. Roll Tide Roll!!
Caitlyn joined PRemployer in April of 2021 as a Leasing Payroll Specialist. She graduated from Mary Baldwin University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics. Caitlyn brings to the team her love of working with numbers and helping people as well as her attention to detail. September 2021, Caitlyn will be moving to PRemployer's Accounting Department as an Accounting Administrative Assistant. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, spoiling her nephews (William and Joseph), trying new things, and traveling as much as she can.
Katherine Mele serves as Client Relations at PRemployer. She is instrumental in the daily maintenance and updating of the company's HubSpot database and manages the companies social media presence. Given her problem solving skills and attention to details, Katherine offers support in the areas of employee benefits, risk management and human resources. Knowing that Katherine is never at a loss for words nor ever meets a stranger, makes her a natural when it comes to client staffing recruitment and trade shows.
Before joining the team at PRemployer in early 2021, Katherine spent 3 years in the healthcare industry as an ER Patient Services Representative and later as a Referral Coordinator. Katherine graduated from Troy University in 2019 with a BS degree in Business Administration & Human Resource Management and has recently been accepted to Troy's Masters Program in Human Resource Management.
Katherine uses her free time working on home renovation projects, enjoying family time at the lake and traveling to places she has never been before.

In 1991, Jim began his career with Personnel Resources in the Utility Department and eventually began working as both an on and off-site Recruiter. In 1995, he assumed his current role in Safety and Risk Management for the PR Companies. His responsibilities, to name a few, include managing all worker’s compensation, safety training, safety program development Udesign, and accident investigations. Over the past twenty-five years, Jim has built very strong relationships with our clients and been an integral part of this company. Jim has nine grandchildren who keep him very busy! He also loves fishing and watching football.
Jalen joined PRemployer in June of 2021 as a leasing Payroll Specialist. She is energetic and maintains a smile with positive outlook. Because of her charismatic and professional disposition, she is able to communicate effectively and work exceptionally well with our team.
Prior to joining the PRemployer, Jalen has worked over 10 years in the Healthcare Industry. She performed office administration and customer service duties with patients, caregivers, and the general public. With this background, she has learned to multi-task in fast-pace and stressful environments while paying close attention to detail. Thus, making her a true asset to our team.
In leisure, Jalen enjoys the beach or lake activities with her family and friends and traveling. You may also find her cheering for her son on the soccer field. Jalen also has a love for volunteering and working in the community, especially with children.
Before working with the PRemployer team, Abagail Snarski spent 3 years in customer service at Publix where she provided customers with excellent service, performed international money services, handled financial reports, handled majority bank orders, and performed audits on tills. Abagail then moved on to Flowers Hospital as a Patient Service Representative where she collected co-pays and deductibles, maintained proficient conflict resolution as well as made sure all cash batches were closed effectively. Since Abagail has started working with PRemployer as a Leasing Payroll Specialist, she now handles clients payroll from the wiregrass area as well as in Georgia and Florida. She enjoys her job everyday and enjoys her clients even more!
Abagail’s uses her free time outside of work to spend time with friends, spend time on the water (whether at the lake or beach), and spoil her nieces and nephew. Abagail states, “I knew I wanted to start my career here at PRemployer and I am so glad I did. Roll Tide!”
Latrika joined PRemployer in November of 2021 as a Payroll Specialist. She came to us with a plethora of experience from having a background in recruiting, human resources, criminal justice, payroll, and customer service.
She is a highly motivated individual that prides herself on integrity and being a team player. Latrika knows how to prioritize and use effective time management to get the job done. She always maintains and demonstrates a positive attitude. She loves anything dealing with numbers, learning new things, and was more than ecstatic to join the team.
In her downtime, Latrika likes to travel, read, and spend time with family and friends.
Megan joined Personnel Resources team as a Front Desk Coordinator in 2011 and was later promoted to Payroll Specialist in 2012 with PRemployer. As part of
Katie has been with Personnel Resources since 2016 where she began as the sales and marketing assistant and learned all about how to best service PR’s clients. Since then, she has moved into a full sales role where she enjoys meeting with companies to learn and tailor to their unique staffing and administrative needs. Katie was raised in Dothan before she started at Troy University where she received her undergraduate degree in marketing and continued to Auburn University where she earned her MBA. By far her favorite part of her job is the opportunity to connect with and help so many different kinds of businesses that each have their own story.
Katie is actively involved in the Wiregrass United Way, Dothan Area Young Professionals, Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce and at her church, Covenant United Methodist Church. She is married to Ben Saliba and they have 2 little girls, Sloan and Ellis. Aside from being a wife and mom, she enjoys local events, good food, fitness and any creative project she can get her hands on. When she’s not at work or around town, you can find Katie anywhere that’s sunny with her family and friends – particularly on Lake Eufaula.
Wesley Crowley joined Personnel Resources in 2010 and has over fifteen years of sales experience. Raised on a farm, Wes has always had a passion for the Wiregrass and the people who live there. As a member of Wiregrass Church and several city and county chambers, Wes is able to fuel his passion by playing an active role in the growth and enhancement of the community that he holds dear. He is an adoring husband to his wife, Gina, and a devoted father to four children, ranging in ages from preschool to a senior in college. In his spare time, Wes enjoys hunting on the family farm and collecting antiques and primitive farm tools.
Brittany joined PRemployer in April of 2022 as a Staffing Payroll Specialist. She is originally from Clearwater, FL, but moved to the wiregrass area in December of 2008 after her husband finished A&P school and got a civilian contract job at Fort Rucker as a helicopter mechanic. Prior to moving to Dothan, Brittany worked for her family’s construction company doing payroll, human resources, and various administrative/accounting work.
Brittany is someone who is very detail oriented and thrives with routine and structure. She says with those qualities, being in the payroll department has been a blessing for her. Brittany has two daughters, Everleigh and Anzlee.
Outside of work, Brittany and her husband are very active in serving in their church, which they are founding members of, and she is the Financial Officer there as well. She lives on a small 7-acre farm where her family has 2 horses, 2 dogs, many chickens, and a bearded dragon. Brittany loves to travel and camp outside, especially in the mountains.
Samuel Harrison recently joined the PRemployer team focusing in the area of Business Development. Samuel's natural strength is, "where there's a will, there's a way". He loves getting to the heart of a business to determine who they are and what their goals are. Most importantly, what problems they are experiencing that may hinder them from achieving their goals and maximizing their profits. Samuel loves the challenge of brainstorming workable solutions and customizing a plan of action for those needs.
Samuel's previous work history includes working as a Financial Relationship Consultant with Regions Bank. There he worked directly with customers to identify and provide solutions to their financial needs. Before relocating back to Dothan, Samuel spent two years in Midland, Texas employed with Helmerich & Payne. As a crew member of an oil drilling rig, I guess one can say that Samuel is not afraid "to get his hands dirty".
Samuel is a former college baseball player at Mississippi College and is currently working to complete his bachelors degree in Business Administration at Troy University. Whether it's on the golf course, ball field, lake life or ski slopes, Samuel enjoys spending time with family and friends.
